Service Description

This is for individuals who prefer to work out at home or would prefer to not come in for training. This is a 45 minute zoom session with the trainer and will include cardio, strength training, core training, glute training and weights if you have weights at home. No equipment required. Recommended equipment is a yoga mat, 5 lb weights, jump rope and resistance bands.
